Our Free Refunds! No Quibbles! policy applies to all products and their delivery charges regardless of whether they have arrived damaged, or if you simply just don't like them!.
Returns Procedure
Your wish to return an item must be expressed to us with 7 days of it's delivery to you.
An item must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered to you, except where it is too damaged to protect the item on its return journey, in which case we or you may replace the packaging depending on what we agree at the time. You will be refunded any re-packaging costs incurred. (refer to “Refunds” below)
Postal Tubes
If the item you want to return was delivered to you in a Postal Tube, you will be required to return it via Royal Mail. You will be refunded any postage costs incurred.
Large Boxes delivered by Courier
Upon receipt of your message, we will arrange collection of the box by Courier, free of charge.
Refunds Procedure
Any agreed refunds will be credited to the same Credit Card or Debit Card account that was used to purchase the refunded item. Please allow 5 working days for refunded money to appear on your bank account statement.
We cannot make refunds by cash or cheque.
